Description

Discharge of conditions of approved permission 2192/23: Acoustic isolation of internal fixed plant and machinery (where buildings are also occupied by others) (condition 4); and Noise (condition 6); (summary). Amended Description 7. Within 3 months of the date of this permission Acoustic commissioning testing shall be undertaken by an Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) or Institute of Acoustics (IOA) accredited organisation for a representative sample to demonstrate compliance with the terms of Condition 5. The commissioning protocol shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority in advance of testing and the results shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to occupation of the scheme.
