Remove existing roof coverings and replace with new liquid applied flat roof system with new insulation. Remove existing free standing guardrails and replace with free standing guardrail system. New guardrail bolted to kerb at rooflight. Remove existing dual pitched roof lights and replace with double glazed units with powder coated aluminium frames. New non slip walkways and new cover flashings to parapets. New metal cladding to tank housing and raise in height. PV panels to be disconnected removed.
