Description

Non-Material Amendment to application 2979/22: Revisions to ground floor layout of Blocks B & C to create additional ancillary residential facilitates to the southern edge of the plan, significantly increasing active frontage with this area; Revisions to cycle storage areas to accommodate the above amendments; Revisions to refuse store arrangements to accommodate the internal revisions; Revisions to elevations to increase glazing to the proposed ancillary residential facilities, with fan lights added and continued around base of Blocks B and C; Revisions to Block D cycle and refuse stores to create a more efficient refuse store, place ‘non active sub-station frontage to the flank wall and to internalise the previous external cycle storage area, increasing the active frontage and site entrance; Two additional plant access doors are introduced for substation access on the east elevation and the removal of one on the North of Block D; Provision of a commercial unit (use Class E) within Block B/C to increase active frontage onto the public square.
