Shorten several ‘branch spikes’ extending from side crown and above main crown structure by no more than 2m; and T2 (Blue Atlas Cedar) - Fully remove the lowest large branch. Reduce length of lever arm branch by a maximum of 3m. Reduce height of whole tree by maximum of 3m back to live growing points. Reduce windsail on upper crown.
