Non-material amendments to permission 200122 (granted on 16/12/20 for redevelopment to provide 46 new dwellings& associated works) including various changes to the central play space, refuse areas, hard & soft landscape alterations (including trees), the Block C access route, alterations to locations of PV panels, window & rooflight alterations to Block B2, other associated alterations & varying the wording of conditions 6,8,9,10,11,13,31&33 to specifically reference Blocks A,B1,B2,C1&C2 (rather than Blocks A,B&C) & condition 15 (bus stop details) to alter the trigger for submission from pre-occupation of any dwelling to pre-occupation of any Block C2 dwelling (amended description).
