Pre-Submission Portsmouth Local Plan 2024 Standard Tipner representations. Between 9 July 2024 to 3 September 2024, Portsmouth City Council consulted on the Pre-Submission (Regulation 19) Portsmouth Local Plan (PLP). These are the representations that were received by the Council on the draft Strategic Site Policy PLP3: Tipner West and Horsea Island East. They were written using a standard template by the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust (HIWWT) and the Royal Society for the Protection for Birds (RSPB) as part of their "Dont Cross the Line" campaign for Tipner West. Each representor has been assigned a unique representor ID number. To search for a specific named representor, use the "Filter By: description" search option and enter the representor name in the "Description text" box.Please note that all other representations received on the Local Plan in 2024 can be accessed under "Pre-Submission PLP 2024 Non-standard representations" (26/00224/CONS). All representations that were made on the Pre-Submission PLP Addendum 2025 can be accessed under "All representations 2025" (26/00226/CONS). If you submitted both a standard Tipner representation and a non-standard representation as part of the PLP 2024 consultation, you will need to look in both "26/00224/CONS" and "26/00225/CONS".
