Certificate of Proposed Lawful Development for Royal Parade Highway works to include: a new shallow saw-tooth road layout; larger bus shelters with living roofs and accessibility improvements; increase in the number of bus stops from 12 to 15; upgraded toucan crossing at Armada Way; replacement of static cameras with average speed camera system; replacement of concrete slabs with granite paving slabs along length of pavement on northern side of Royal Parade; repairs to carriageway in four locations; resurfacing works on eastbound carriageway and high friction surfacing applied at the Armada Way crossing on both east bound and west bound carriageways.
