The following uses and operational developments are applied for as lawful for the purposes of section 191 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990:(i) The use of land and buildings within Parcel A for B8 storage and distribution, including ancillary servicing, maintenance, associated offices, welfare facilities, workshops, warehousing, vehicle parking and internal circulation areas, and the regular movement of HGVs, commercial vehicles and staff vehicles, which use has subsisted for a period in excess of 10 years.(ii) The use of Workshops A, B (part), C and D within Parcel A for general industrial purposes (Use Class B2), including the fabrication, assembly and preparation of parts, which use has subsisted for a period in excess of 10 years.(iii) Operational development within Parcel B comprising the laying of hardstanding to facilitate open storage and vehicle circulation, such works having been substantially completed in excess of 4 years prior to the 25th April 2024.(iv) Operational development comprising the erection of Workshop D within Parcel A, substantially completed in excess of 4 years prior to the date of application
