Application Details
Description

T1- Sycamore - RemoveT2 - Hawthorn - RemoveT3 - Beech - RemoveT4 - Common Alder - RemoveThe Initial site works have determined that extensive concrete foundations will be required to the extension at considerable expense due to the close proximity of the above trees. The trees dont have TPOs but form part of a very dense woodland that borders the site and is within the Carr Hall Road conservation area and is land owned by Pendle Council. The trees were surveyed as part of an Arborological report that was prepared for the planning application and identified the trees closest to the development as T1, T2, T3 & T4The applicant would like to remove these trees as this would enable a reduction in the size of the foundations to the proposed extension. The loss of the 4no. trees at this location would have very little impact on the woodland as a whole.
