Description

Repair roof and install Velux style skylights. Extend the roof gable ends to accommodate the thickness of cladding. Install half height cladding using locally sourced larch, cedar or sweet chestnut timber. Remodel the block chimney. Remove leaking window. Replace and/or recolour white UPVC windows with energy efficient double glazed grey windows Remove 2x full height ground floor windows and replace with double glazed doorway (bifold or sliding). Remove UPVC conservatory and replace with oak or larch framed lean-to on existing footprint.
