1. Apple tree in back garden - Removal of branch which overhangs neighbouring property, which they have requested be removed; 2. Leylandii conifer to side of house - Cutting down to stump of old trunk, no longer productive; 3. Cotoneaster Cornubia shrub to front of property - Cutting down to stump. One main stem of which is now causing potential damage to neighbour's dry-stone wall, and is impacting on shared drive access. Quote obtained from qualified local tree surgeon, who has visited property to assess the work, and I am confident these works will be carried out competently.
