Non-Material Amendment to NP/HPK/0924/1004: - Change proposed roof pitch to 30 degrees to match other outbuilding roofs The roofs on site vary between 35 -30 degrees. The extension to the barn will fit in better if we amend the pitch to match the adjacent buildings. - Add a window to the Barn conversion. This is designed to maintain the composition of openings on the elevation of the barn - Move shuttered windows in the extension: a minor amend to improve the composition of openings - Omit stone pier and add stone mullion between pair of French doors in extension: a dressed stone million between the approved windows will result in an improved detail - Add Flue for wood burning stove
