Description

Shown in the photograph is a leylandii that I am requesting to remove. I have previously removed a neighbouring leylandii that was storm damage and ash tree with dieback with your permission and now this remaining tree looks completely out of place. I request that it be removed as it is quite large for its current location and only going to get bigger with increased chance of failure. It also offers little amenity value and is out of keeping with the village aesthetic. If my application is successful I will encourage the tenants to replace with smaller, more manageable shrubs.
