Description

T1 Horse Chestnut - This mature tree has had a significant sized limb snap during recent snow storms. The stucture of the tree has been left unbalanced and compromised. There is also evidence of hollowing of the trunk at ground level. Permission is sought to heavily reduce the crown of the tree by up to 50%, effectively vetranising the tree.
