Description

Non-material amendment to vary conditions 20 and 29 of permission no. R3.0138/21 as follows: Condition 20: the requirement for a pre-commencement submission of a scheme of level compensatory flood storage to be amended to be prior to the commencement of each part of the development and to exclude the Clifton Hampden Bypass from the requirements of the condition; Condition 29: to correct the cross-reference in condition 29 to reference the approval of the Written Scheme of Archaeological Investigation pursuant to condition 28.
