Description

An update to the programme of upgrade works at Sonning Common Sewage Treatment Works (STW) to include the addition of a new Motor Control Centre (OCC) and kiosk; installation of a new inlet tank and associated grit trap & classifier; two new partially underground pipes (350 mm in diameter, 120 m in length); 2 no. channel mounted screens and skip; 2 no. inlet local control panels; inlet channel including flow control penstock, MCERTS flume; inlet pumping station; storm overflow; modification to existing storm tanks and pipework; relocation of overhead BT cable and pole; demolition of the existing abandoned inlet tank and current inlet tank abandoned
