Description

Non-Material amendment to planning permission 24/02892/VAR to allow the change from white brick to toulouse beige in the facing material on the link building between two wings and on the vertical stack bond arrangement. Changes to the floor arrangement around the stair cores to accomodate fire proctection requirements. The introduction to spandrel panels to the areas where the lift shaft will obsure the glazing due to the amendments to the stair cores. The addition of the bi-fold doors to the third floor external amenity area. The plant and associated machinery to the roof minimised to consist of PV panels and access hatches. Installation of 3no. smoke ventilation shafts. Removal of cat ladders as access to the roof will be from roof hatches from the fourth floor. Alterations to landscaping.
