Non-Material amendment to planning permission 24/01481/FUL to allow for the relocation of the Newbury Abbot Bas Relief to the ground floor on North elevation. Reduction in basement size from 180m2 to 70m2. Changes to glazing heights and cills on the ground floor on the East Elevation to accommodate for uneven pavement surface. Addition of a dry riser inlet to the North elevation. Relocation and optimisation of MVHR grilles on all elevations. And to add an additional ventilation louvre on the ground floor on North elevation.
