Description

Non-Material amendment to planning permission 24/01309/FUL to allow for a larger bin and cycle store. Cycle parking has been re-located from the lobby to the larger cycle storage due to fire regulations. Provision for stores in the lightwells of units 1-3. Alterations made to external visitor cycle parking and lightwell of unit 3. The removal of PV panels on the flat roof and those provided on the East elevation are now slightly larger. Addition of Louvres to the elevations and above the bin and bike store. Alteration to middle window along the first floor corridor. Revised arrangement for Unit 5's hall, WC, store and stairwell. Slight amendment made to the window and indoor garden openings by 75mm. Units 1-3 courtyard gardens finish floor level has dropped by 150mm. And bespoke MVHR vents have been added to the roof pitch.
