Non-Material amendment to planning permission 24/00957/FUL to allow for design changes as a result of the sub-basement of No. 12 High Street - this includes the removal of the basement floor level services trench in favour of an above-floor level services route at basement level, alteration to the lift access which means that it will terminate at ground level instead, new floor access hatch at basement level to allow for periodic access to the sub-basement and a new accessible WC and locker area on the first and second floor rather than at basement level. Also to allow for changes to Condition 23 wording - this is to remove the reference to 'No 12 High Street'.
