Request for an Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Opinion in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) associated with a development comprising: five blocks with a maximum height up to 149.2m AOD (35 storeys) which will provide up to 1,600 new residential units (Use Class C3) and up to 25,000sqm of flexible commercial floorspace (Use Class E, F1, F2 and Sui Generis) including the reprovision of the ASDA supermarket and petrol filling station. The development will also provide open space, play space and landscaping improvements.
