Description

Lawful development certificate for Works carried out pursuant to planning permission APP/F5730/W/19/3243706 (OPDC ref. 19/006/FUMOPDC). The excavation work relating to foundation piling of the new building constitutes a material operation under section 56(4)(b) of the act the digging of a trench which is to contain the foundations, or part of the foundations, of a building. In order to implement the permission, the scope of these works was to construct a section of guide wall in readiness for the secant pile installation as part the foundation construction and included the following specific works: Setting out a section of trench. Excavation and blind trench formation. Form the reinforced concrete guide walls within the trench in readiness for the installation of a length of secant piled wall.
