Description

Details of condition 5 (dust management) pursuant to planning permission 2003/03409/FUL dated 20/04/2005 for the use of the site as a waste management facility and storage depot for bulk construction materials including the erection of three buildings and covered storage bays, the formation of a railway platform and a canal barge loading bay. The proposal would be carried out in two phases. Phase 1 being the erection of a building for waste processing and some storage bays along the east boundary and phase 2 being the erection of a further building for processing waste, a two storey office building and storage bays along the west boundary.
