Description

Non Material Amendment relating to app no. HOU/347850/21 - Slot windows on the front elevation moved closer to the existing building and additional slot window added to the first-floor level. The gable (west) elevation is to have a rectangular window rather than an apex window. The existing chimney at the west end of the existing building to be removed down to roof level slates to match existing to cover existing chimney. The new flue will exit at first floor level on the rear elevation.
