Description

Proposal: Condition 7 requires excavation of mineral to be completed within 12 months with stockpiling, processing and haulage within 24 months of commencement. Adjust the time limit so that all works of excavation, stockpiling, processing and haulage are completed by 23rd October 2025. Overall time limit of 24 months remains unaffected. Condition 29 requires an aftercare strategy following excavation completion and references 12 months of commencement. As a result of the above, the NMA seeks to defer this to 23rd October 2025, to line up with the completion of excavation.
