Description

Re-phasing of quarry workings within phase 2a of approved development scheme. The proposal is to rework phase 2a to reduce the amount of mineral extracted within this phase. Phase 2b volumes will remain the same. The remaining soils and mineral to be stripped and worked respectively will be extracted at the same time as phase 2c. It is expected to strip within the next 3 years rather than in 2024. It does not change the timings for the site's final restoration.
