The trees are situated within a designated Conservation Area.Lateral pruning of overhanging branches from the trees bordering the rear boundary of the property. Works consist of removing branches that currently extend beyond the boundary fence line and into the curtilage of 47 Garrett Grove, cutting back to the property boundary only. No works are proposed beyond the boundary line, and no roots, stems, or main structural branches will be affected.The extent of overhang is significant along the full rear boundary, with branches overhanging at varying heights, including some drooping below fence height. All arisings will be disposed of appropriately by the applicant.
