Description

Removal of combustible timber cladding and associated build up at penthouse level, including battens and membranes, in accordance with the Government Building Safety requirements. Installation of compliant non combustible replacement wall cladding, cavity barriers, and balcony decking. Replacement of existing ground floor entrance paving with a resin bound finish. Installation of a new waterproofing membrane to the penthouse level balcony prior to the provision of new decking and a roof over the stair/lift core.
