Description

Removal of the tree and stump T017 Oak tree at entrance to the estate. Tree Inspection Comments: Fungal Fruiting Body's at base. Bark necrosis & staining on N side of stem from base up to 2m. Several old pruning wounds on stem. Wound at 7m appears to have decayed & could form column of decay from here to base. Many old pruning wounds in crown, with little or no reaction growth. High proportion of deadwood & limited live growth in E quadrant of crown. Likelihood of further decline in relatively short timeframe.
