They have selected these conditions; tight fork, minor stem cavity, co dominant stems. Under the condition unbalanced crown they also wrote this: crown previously lifted to 10m which has increased the lever forces at primary junction where it bifurcates. Multiple large pruning wounds with localised decay. A crown reduction is necessary to help reduce the chance of stem failure at the union onto the access road
