Description

The tree is a very large silver birch which is situated in the back garden of Flat 1 Overdale. The tree is close to the properties on both the left & right of it. It has been advised by a arborist that the tree needs to be pruned by a third to reduce its size in order to reduce the chance of it being blown over. Another, similar aged, silver birch was blown over in the next door garden, causing damage to a Victorian property.
