We are writing to seek your permission regarding a large, overgrown, out of control conifer hedge (approximately 30 metres high) located next to the Gregory Street drive-in entrace to our property at 12 Gregory Street (the conifers are within our property boundaries), Lenton, NG7 2LR. The hedge/trees are causing very significant damage to both the driveway and the brick boundary wall. The damage is fast progressing. We received an advice from a local builder (CDR Landscapes, Long Eaton) that before reparing/replacing the driveway the conifers must be removed as they are completely out of the control. Hence, we are asking for permission to remove the conifer hedge. Thank you.
