Description

TPO 082 T1 Oak: Heavy reduction to 6 metres in height indicated in photo 5849. The tree had a largre branch failure on the evening of the 26th of August 2025, and a climbing inspection indicated a section of internal decay had compromised the branch structure (photo 5848) with no obvious external signs shown on the failed branch. The branch, fortunately, didn't cause any damage to the property or tree owners vehicle, but the incident has created a state of uncertainty in the tree owner that other branches will now fail with the potential to cause damage. This reduction will remove the risk whilst still retaining a standing stem to benefit wildlife and allow regrowth of foliage.
