This request is to remove a Holly tree (Ilex aquifolium) on the boundary of the named property. See site plan for reference.The property owners would like to remove this tree as it is very close to the house and boundary wall. They are concerned that it may cause an issue with the wall and is an obstruction to the neighbouring property. They would also like to construct an out-building/shed in the vicinity. To off-set the removal they propose to re-plant a tree further down the garden.
