Description

One large holly tree to the front elevation of the property at 17 Shirley Road. I wish to remove this tree as I believe it is at risk of pushing the front garden retaining wall into the public footpath (photographs attached showing leaning and cracking to this wall and the tree against this wall). The planting scheme for the front garden has yet to be defined but the rear garden is currently undergoing landscaping and the proposal there is to add a number of dwarf fruit trees to the rear of the property.
