Tree 1, Ornamental Red Plum. Mature, approx' 3m in height.Top 2/3rds tree historically failed leaving main stem at pruning wound 1m from ground level. Remaining crown sprawling and poor.Sectional fell to ground level.Tree 2, Crab Apple. Mature, approx 8m in height.Leading branch has top 1.5m dying back with no leaf. The owner had block paving installed in 2017, in 2024 sections under the tree were re laid due to root lifting of paving.Sectional fell to ground level.Tree 3, Silver Birch. Early mature, approx 12m in height.North facing aspect of tree has some exposed root system, the owner has viewed the tree moving violently in windy conditions and has concerns that the tree would fail and fall onto the Childrens play area adjacent.Sectional fell to ground level.The owner has expressed a wish to plant replacement trees in the area 'a' on plot.
