Description

Fell T1 Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) to ground level. Tree is now beginning to restrict shared access path which services the rear of 84 & 86 Woolmer Road. If left it will eventually prevent the tenant at 86 from being able to get past. The tree was self-set, having grown between the original pavers and the boundary wall, and expanded in girth over time. It is not visible from publicly accessed areas. Ownership is uncertain due to shared access. The tree can be viewed from the alleyway to the right hand side of 84.
