T2 Birch - Fell to ground level due to significant decay.T3 Lime - Remove due to proximity to the neighbour's and our house damaging the tiles and gutters causing structural damage. Overhanging branches physically knocked tiles loose which are above our and neighbours entrance and pavement, they can fall and cause injury or property damage. If a tile dislodged by wind or other forces lands on a pedestrian, it can cause a serious injury, and we would be liable.
