Description

The tree in question, which I understand to be a Tree of Heaven and is not subject to a TPO, is located next to the boundary wall between my property at 71 Cyprus Road and that of a neighbour?s at 57 Tavistock Drive. I have attached a sketch plan to this application. I am seeking permission to fell the tree if there is no other action which can be taken to avoid damage which is believed is being caused by the presence of tree roots.
