Description

The proposed use is as a residential children's home (use class c2) which will accommodate up to 3 children in local authority care. Staff will provide care to the children with the aim of replicating a typical family home environment. At least two staff will be at the home at all times, awake in the day and sleeping at night when children are living at the home. No machinery will be installed apart from items that would be found in any typical household (such as white goods, cooker, TV etc).
