Description

I purchased this property in 2009 to live in myself but than had 2 lodgers living with me and than my partner moved in with me as well. To the best of my knowledge i did not need to obtain planning permission for change of use from C3 to C4 at this time.In 2012 i bought another property and after extensive renovation me and my partner moved there, but the room that we been occupaing i found another tenant.Ever since than the house been occupied by 3 unrelated tenants sharing bathroom, kitchen/dinner and garden facilities. Each room is fitted with lock so each tenant has their own secure and private space. Therefore the house been in use as an HMO for over 10 years. Please see attached relevant AST agreements, which i have. Also some of council tax bills. I also am DASH approved landlord since 2017.Property been granted 12 month additional license, whuch can be extended once Certificate of lawfull development change of use c3 to c4 been recieved.If there are any questions or more proof required (bank account statments showing rent payment available) please contact me and i will see what i can do to further assist with change of use lawfull development certificate.
