Description

Removal of two large fir trees located in 31 Groveside Crescent front garden and adjacent to Parkland Close. The trees are identified on the sketch plan, included in the attached letter, by the letters 'X' and 'Y'. The distances from the nearest corner of 31 Groveside, marked with the letter 'Z' are marked on the plan. Removal is required to address heave caused to footpath that has created a significant trip and tip hazard, to mitigate risks to people and properties from falling branches/falling tree, mitigate unseen damage to underground services and the roadway. Proposal is to replace with one hardy Acer of a more fitting size and growth rate more suitable to the proximity to the properties.
