Mixed group of trees including Sycamore, Sweet Chestnut and Holly. Indentified as G1, G2, G3 and G4 on the site map.The proposed work is to target prune to provide a 2 metre clearance around the buildings to ensure that drains and guttering of the buildings remain clear. Existing leaf litter due to the close proximity of the trees to the buildings has caused damage to drains and guttering resulting in blockages which have subsequently created damp issues inside the properties, putting students health at risk. No trees will be removed.
