Description

The pruning of branches on the property side to the Mature Horse chestnut tree as to reduce branches to provide a clearance from the building of 3meters, and Crown lift to 5.2m. We would also request consent for such work to be done as and when required on a cyclical basis of 3-5 year. An abortist has provided a report detailing options for work to be carried out as well as pictures for your reference. The reason for these works is to manage the tree growth which is now causing a hazard in our carpark and the pedestrian pavement owing to overhanging limbs. In autumn and winter the leave and conkers provide a hazard on our car park and on the pavement and road owing to falling conkers as well the slip hazard caused by the falling leaves and conkers.
