Description

The proposed development includes:1. Conversion and change of use of the existing buildings 15-17 Stoney Street. This work involves minor building works converting the basement and ground floor into a commercial mixture of offices and self-storage spaces. The first floor is proposed to be converted in offices and apartment and the second and third floors into a residential mixture of apartments to rent. 2.
