Description

Alteration to condition number 9 to enable details to be submitted and installed prior to occupation of any part of the development rather than prior to commencement. New condition to read as follows;Prior to the first occupation of the development, details of the planting for the green roof and infrastructure required to maintain it together with a management plan for its ongoing management, maintenance responsibilities, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the green roof shall be provided prior to the development being first occupied and maintained in accordance with the approved details.
