Number 2) The removal of a 30ft conifer tree, inappropriately sized to be so near 3 properties, creating huge shade on the house, reducing natural light and heat from the sun and increasing damp in the winter. Neighbours in agreement of the potential risk of such a large tree near and above properties. Happy to replace conifer with something that won?t become so oversized. Removing the conifer would allow better growth of nearby tree.
