T1 - Copper Beech - due to its overall size, location, proximity to surrounding properties and my clients wish for more natural light entering the property we propose a crown reduction of approx 2.5-3m, along with lifting the crown to 7m above ground level, and a crown thin of 15% (which will also encompass the branches being removed for the reduction)T2 - Oak - this specimen actually resides on park estate land which is adjacent to #5, the tree has previously been pruned under concerns about its proximity to the building, the pruning works are inconstant and poor and barely fix the concerns raised. We propose a crown lifting to 7m above ground level, a crown thinning of 15%, a crown reduction of approx 2m and a proximity prune to provide 3m clearance away from the main building
