Works:T6- Fell and grind stump. replace with species to be confirmedJustification:The tree has been assessed using the THREATS risk evaluation as a "Slight Risk."There are defects on the main stem of the tree and significant weight over the neighbours garden. Reducing the tree was considered as this could reduce the trees likelihood of failure, however the trees form means that it would not be agood candidate to reduce and any reduction would be a short term solution. The cherry tree 6 is always going to be compromised and is dominating the neighbouring beech tree 5. Removing the cherry tree 6 tree would enable the beech tree 5 to develop into a decent specimen. If the cherry tree is retained even in a reduced form it is going to adversely affect the development of the beech tree 5.TEMPO score of 6 - TPO indefensible
