We seek permission to carry out works to the following trees:1) Group of 6 immature plum trees (P1-6) located in close proximity to front corner of 5 Private Road: felling and stump grinding of the group to prevent further future damage to roof of 5 Private Road from squirrels: these trees will be replaced with bushes and shrubs more suited to a close location to a property2) 2 lapsed pollarded limes (L1 & 2) located halfway between up our front garden on its boundary with 7 Private Road - re-pollard to 5-6 metres3) Lime tree at top corner of our front garden on its boundary with 7 Private Road and our boundary with Private Road (L3) - fell to ground level for safety reasons due to extensive rot4) 3 x overgrown rhododendrons - hard prune and reduction in size to restore them to a more manageable size5) 3 x lapsed pollarded limes at top corner of our car park on its boundary with 1A Private Road (L4, L5 & L6) - crown lift to 5-6 metres to provide safe access and adequate clearance for pedestrians and road vehicles on Private Road and in Pelham Court's car park
